New York Civic is pleased to announce that the first five episodes of our new, free informational Web series "Candidate College" are now online on our YouTube channel.
Produced in partnership with Common Cause NY, the Women's City Club of New York, Touro College, and New Roosevelt, Candidate College is designed to teach civic-minded individuals of all ages and party affiliations how to run for office.

Candidate College showcases many of New York's savviest and most accomplished political professionals speaking candidly on crucial areas of campaign craft. Guests include State Senator Gustavo Rivera; Bradley Tusk, founder of Tusk Strategies and campaign manager for Mayor Bloomberg's 2009 campaign; Steven M. Cohen, former Secretary to Governor Andrew Cuomo and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Attorney General; Councilmembers Eric Ulrich and Letitia James; veteran political consultant Roger Stone; David Webb, co-Founder, Tea Party 365 and SiriusXM Radio talk show host; Andrew Hawkins, Managing Editor, City & State; Doug Forand, Co-Founder, Red Horse Strategies; and Krystal Ball, former Congressional candidate and current MSNBC political analyst.
