Join Black Diasporic & Planetary Futures in collaboration with The New School for Social Research for a community conversation at Sisters Uptown Bookstore & Cultural Center. This event celebrates the legacy of Sugar Hill and Harlem through literature, music, and intellectual exchange. Featuring discussions inspired by authors such as Octavia Butler, Toni Morrison, and Jamaica Kincaid, the program explores Black diasporic futures, cultural memory, and the ongoing Harlem Renaissance spirit.
