EMERGE125, a Black, female-led dance company based in Harlem, presents its 2026 NYC Season, celebrating 10 years of Artistic Director Tiffany Rea-Fisher’s leadership. This season features three dynamic new works choreographed by Rea-Fisher, exploring themes of progressive social change through powerful, physically charged movement.

$10-$75 plus fees

On Friday, May 1, Celebrate 10 years of Tiffany Rea-Fisher’s visionary leadership with an unforgettable evening of dance, music, and community at EMERGE125’s Renaissance Gala: Legacies in Motion.

The evening begins at 6:30pm with an exclusive Gala Performance by EMERGE125 at El Museo del Barrio, featuring a special program with live music performed by the New York Youth Symphony and an Awards Ceremony. We will dance the night away with dinner and a live DJ set at the Museum of the City of New York!

This year’s Gala honors:
