Global City Food Series: Stuffed Edition

Global City Food Series celebrates New York City’s immigrant history through the universal tradition of stuffed foods. The program begins with Chefs in Conversation, a panel featuring local chefs Yara Herrera (Hellbender), Chris Cheung (East Wind Snack Shop), and James Gonzalez (La Fonda NYC), exploring the stories behind their signature stuffed dishes.

Following the discussion, guests enjoy a food tasting with bites from featured restaurants, accompanied by live music by DJ Solangge. Participating restaurants include Empanada City, Dumpling Magic, Matylda's Polish Food, East Wind Snack Shop, La Fonda NYC, The Aborrajao, Mama T, and Safari Restaurant.
