Part conversation and part tasting, this program celebrates NYC’s rich immigrant history through the universal tradition of stuffed foods. The evening begins with Chefs in Conversation, a panel featuring local chefs exploring the stories and traditions behind their signature stuffed dishes, followed by a food tasting with a live DJ, featuring bites from the restaurants and chefs highlighted in the program.
