ProjectArt Gears Up For New Innovative Summer Program for Kids Passport to the Arts

ProjectArt announces its new, innovative summer program for kids, Passport to the Arts, a signature summer visual arts program for ages 4-7 years and 8-12 years, July 2- August 10. This distinctive program offers an unprecedented opportunity to create, learn and experience visual arts for kids. Through Passport to the Arts, kids will acquire a world-view of the arts, while improving their artistic skills by participating in an array of visual arts classes. In each session, kids are exposed to different art movements and skills, exposing them to the eclectic visual vocabulary and history of the arts - from the renaissance to digital arts. Sessions include: World of Art, Art-isms and Design is Everywhere. The artistic journey will open their minds, hearts - and hands to arts from Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Europe - with a special feature on the beauty in our own backyard, the Harlem Renaissance.
