Founded in 1902. The mission of ICC is to promote safe human-powered boating on the Hudson River and other waters and to engage in and encourage land and water stewardship of a portion of the Upper Manhattan Hudson River. Through our public programs, we provide the community with a safe way to enjoy the River and promote recreation, sportsmanship and water safety.
