Burial Site: Mayor Edward I. Koch (1925-2013)

Years before his death, Mayor Edward Koch chose this Trinity Cemetery burial site and had constructed its headstone monument. His gravesite is visable from Amsterdam Avenue near 153rd Street,but if one wishes to visit the cemetery you must enter from 155th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.

Q: How Did I Do?
For visitors to Koch's grave, the late Mayor has provided a bench for the comfort of extended contemplation and rememberance of him and the effect of his tenure, service and personality had on the City of New York. For those of us who remember or knew him, here's the chance to verbalize one's thoughts without interruption!
