Join the Schomburg Center for an evening of powerful film screenings and conversation exploring how Hip-Hop has shaped social, political, and cultural movements across the African diaspora and beyond. From its roots in the South Bronx to Cuba and Tanzania, this program traces Hip-Hop’s influence as a tool of resistance, storytelling, and people’s power.
