Hudson View Gardens (“HVG”) was built in 1923-25 as one of Manhattan’s earliest cooperative apartment developments. HVG is located on approximately 4 acres in the Fort Washington/Washington Heights section of Northern Manhattan on Pinehurst Avenue, between 183rd and 185th Street, overlooking the Hudson River.
