The Harlem Community Justice Center is a community court that seeks to solve neighborhood problems in East and Central Harlem, including youth crime, substance abuse, landlord-tenant disputes and the challenges faced by parolees returning to the community. The Harlem Community Justice Center is a project of the Center For Court Innovation, a public-private partnership between the New York State Unified Court System and the Fund for the City of New York.
