Chabad of Harlem seeks to unite and build a strong Jewish community with all the necessary infrastructure, services, and programs -- both religious and cultural -- for all Jewish residents in Harlem. With genuine love and unquestioning acceptance of each and every Jew, the integral philosophy of Chabad forever remains that all Jews have an irreplaceable role in our world. Our goal is to promote and strengthen Jewish awareness, pride, and observance, by providing educational and social activities to all Jewish individuals and families regardless of background affiliation. We aim to provide services for all -- the growing young families in the area, as well as the singles and students. Ultimately, our plan and hope is that Jewish Harlem will become a self-sufficient community
