A testament to 19th century design and functionality, the Fair and Square brand Silk Ribbons was manufactured here starting from 1875 when the building was completed, featuring tall windows and handsome brick detail, complete with the manufacturer's name emblazoned in masonry on the cornice for all to see, past and present.
