WHO'S PLAYING?

The Jazz Ministry at Saint Peter’s Church is a home for diverse individuals and communities which celebrates the dignity and vitality of jazz, provides vibrant worship and pastoral care, and, through intersecting partnerships, offers jazz programs, education and services.

The Jazz Ministry at Saint Peter’s Church proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ and adheres to the following principles, commitments and values:

• We celebrate jazz as an art form that can communicate spirituality, faith and hope, and brings people together.
• Every individual is welcome.
• Jazz at Saint Peter’s Church expresses vibrant worship and visionary ministry.
• We are committed to addressing the needs of jazz musicians, their families, and those who love jazz, and seek partners to meet those needs.
• We serve as a model and share our knowledge and experience with others to further our message of jazz as a spiritual force for community.
• We provide excellent spiritual jazz experiences to people of all ages in a safe environment.
