One of America’s oldest African American musical organizations opens its doors every fourth Monday of the month to give the community an evening of live Jazz & Blues jam. Featuring talented musicians, amazing performances and upon sign in an open mic that welcomes performers across the city. Founded in 1904, the New Amsterdam Musical Association has been preserving and celebrating the music of the African Diaspora for more than a century.
