African Voices Communications, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which sponsors literary-arts events like the Reel Sisters Film Festival which presents films directed, produced or written by women of color; Rhymes, Rhythms and Rituals, a poetry and music in-the-park series; and the Cultural Circle Conference, a forum for writrs and visual artists. Our annual Ellie Charles Artists Awards benefit honors artists, community activists and other educators for their contributions to society.
