Where we're located
The West 104th Street Block Association is located on 104th Street between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive in Manhattan, New York City, State of New York. Our neighborhood is commonly known as the Upper West Side and historically known as Bloomingdale.
Our purpose
The block association was founded to promote the safety and general welfare and to preserve and improve the quality of life of our immediate community.
We're incorporated under the laws of the State of New York and are a 501(c)(4) organization under Federal IRC regulations.
The block association is run by a volunteer board of directors made up of block residents. The board meets on the first Tuesday of the month; block residents are welcome to attend.
