Hardwood floors throughout, 11 foot ceilings, ceiling fans and intercom system.

The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom (18 x 16) features a king size bed, and sofa seating ensemble. The other two large 14 x 9.5 bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment to offer complete privacy. One is furnished with Herman Miller accoutrements, the other with twin 19th c Empire Sleigh beds. Each bedroom has its own separate entrance to the master hall. The art deco 7 x 11 mosaic and tile bath boasts a 6' cast iron tub with shower. During warm weather, there is access to the extension roof deck from the southern bedroom, overlooking the lush courtyard gardens below and the Manhattan and the Ft.Lee skylines beyond.

Located on a quiet, safe, tree-lined street with ample street parking, easy access to all major highways and bridges. Excellent bus and subway transportation (A,B,C,D,1,9) to both east and west sides as well as all airports; midtown is 20 minutes away on the A/C line (located just around the corner). The Hudson and Harlem River Greenways are each 3 blocks away for walking, jogging, biking; restaurants, shopping and good personal service establishments are handily nearby as are theaters and jazz clubs.

Regrettably, smokers, pets, youngsters under 11 cannot be accommodated. The apartment is located on the third floor of a very large owner occupied 19 room house.

Fees: $300 per night, minimum 3 day residency. $2000 per week. Rates for longer term stays available upon request. 50% non-refundable deposit required unless reservations are withdrawn four-weeks prior to check-in.
