Most weekends in the year, we hold courses and retreats, usually on Saturday mornings but sometimes extending throughout the entire weekend.

We seek to help New Yorkers cultivate authentic happiness and mental health wellness. To this end, we train our mind to become mindful of the actual causes of happiness to not only cope with the daily stresses of city life but also thrive by discovering the preciousness and deeper meaning of our human life.
It is recommended to attend the courses in its entirety
Suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
No special clothing is required
Everyone welcome!
